Spanish announcements. ID. Frequency drifting. Was on 15345.17 at 2237 UT<br />

and 15345.12 kHz at 2318 UT check. Fair signal.<br />

ARGENTINA/MOROCCO Just like the good old days, an audible het of about<br />

200 Hz between two obstinate stations which refuse to move apart and<br />

el<strong>im</strong>inate the problem, <strong>de</strong>spite plenty of open frequencies just above and<br />

below.<br />

Yes, RAE has drifted off-channel again to 15345.2 kHz or so, but around<br />

2115 UT Feb 14 the dominant audio is Arabic from Nador Morocco. Next check<br />
