The first address snagged me a response with a verification letter a<br />

couple of months ago (of sorts - very boilerplate). Today I just received<br />

my original *unopened* envelope from the second address with an affixed<br />

stamp that is checked "Refused" on it - so I assume that the second<br />

address either does not currently exist, or does not currently even want<br />

mail (at least from outsi<strong>de</strong> France).<br />
