Hallo OMs, im Oktober gibt es wieder Direktsendungen von Radio Taiwan International ueber die Sendeanlagen in Tainan in Suedtaiwan. Vom 1. bis 3. Oktober 2010 und vom 8. bis 11. Oktober 2010 jeweils von 1700-1800 UTC wird das regulaere deutsche Programm zusaetzlich auch auf 9955 kHz ausgestrahlt. Bis 1700 UTC sendet dort Family Radio in Russisch auch via Tainan. Zur Zeit mit O=4 zu hoeren. Im letzten Jahr gab es starke Stoerungen u.a. von AIR auf 9950 kHz. Mal sehen, ob es diesmal der Empfang besser ist. Also accompanied China mainland Firedrake music jamming on even 15570 kHz rather weak today at 1247 UT, Sept 25. (wb, wwdxc BC-DX TopNews Sept 24/25) TIBET [and non]. UNIDENTIFIED. 15555 and 15556 kHz carriers causing weak het, noticed Sept 15 at 1423 UT as I was checking WJHR 15550 kHz. Typical behavior of ChiCom jamming vs V. of Tibet which have been tracked on numerous frequencies in the 15.5-15.6 MHz range, altho current Aoki does not show them near 15555 kHz. 15520, at 1301 Sept 20, V. of Turkey eastward signal poor, but unusually about as good as the // westward one in English on 15450 kHz. Plus, a het against 15520 but that went off at 1302* UT before I could decide from which side. Thus I suspect it is another ChiCom jammer in the cat-and-mouse game with V. of Tibet in this range, which probably just jumped somewhere else. Aoki does show VOT via TAJIKISTAN on 15521 kHz at 1330-1342 UT. Then at 1302 I scan up toward 15600 kHz and find another off-frequency het, from 15568 kHz, vs R. Svoboda on 15565, Russian via Rampisham. The latest Aoki, dated Sept 18, does show VOT on 15568 via TAJIKISTAN at 1235-1307 UT. And an hour later at 1406, a 15578 carrier makes a het against VOA Music Mix, Sao Tome on 15580. It's impossible to tell whether these weak carriers are VOT itself or ChiCom jamming, but my money is on the latter. But Herbert Meixner in Eastern Austria noted this log today. 12015 suffers by VoKorea Pyongyang in German co-channel, 9675 suffers by Tiganesti Romania powerhouse next door 9680. It's not my radio I think, my Degen 1103 shows other 90 Meter stations where they should be, WWRB 3185 kHz, CHU 3330 kHz.
