The BBC lists are correct. The winter schedule timings are 0030, 0130,
1330, 1630 hrs UT to be introduced either on coming Sunday or shortly.

SLOVAKIA Radio Slovakia International gets 5 year funding.
Edwin Southwell wrote to me advising that he'd heard on-air that Radio
Slovakia International had got future funding. I found the item, dated Dec
21, on the RSI website:
SLOVAK TELEVISION AND SLOVAK RADIO SEAL SUBSIDY DEALS WITH STATE.
Representatives of the state-run Slovak Television and Slovak Radio signed
framework agreements with the Culture Ministry on Monday. The two media
organisations will receive funds towards making programmes in the public
interest. The deals were signed by Culture Minister Marek Madaric and the
general directors of Slovak Television and Slovak Radio, Ivan Niznansky
and Miloslava Zemkova for a period of five years.
At least 10 million Euros per year will flow into Slovak Television, while
Slovak Radio will receive 4 million Euros annually. The allocated funds
will cover expenditures incurred by Slovak Television in the production of
almost 400 programmes such as fairy tales, documentaries and films. Slovak
Radio, in turn, will put the money towards making over 8000 programmes
related to music, religion, education and documentary work.
Support for broadcasting in six foreign languages via Radio Slovakia
International is also included in the subsidy.

SOLOMON ISLANDS 5020 SIBC hrd Jan 8 from 0717 UT tune and recorded to
1600. At 0717 UT QRM from R. Rebelde was severe but thanks to the Perseus
SDR's tunable passband and notching capability, decent audio could be
captured under Rebelde's saturated audio covering 5015 to 5035. Highlights
of this extended logging: At 1100 UT there was local news in En to 1109.5
and an SIBC ID by a woman at 1103 UT. A request pgm hosted by a woman ann
in En and Pidgin followed w/ an Australian caller hrd at 1123 UT. The
songs were very pleasant island instrumental and vocal pieces by seemingly
local bands.
At 1158 a woman ann ID'd as "... Solomon Islands Broadcasting Corporation,
Radio Happy Isles" fol by closing anmts in En and the Solomon Is. Nat'l
anthem to 1200 UT. QRM was nil to slight in this time period (SINPO
44544), but adj ch QRM gradually worsened after 1130 UT, presumably from
5030 kHz. From 1200, BBC programming took over to 1600 UT tune out. BBC
News hrd at 1200 UT w/ man and woman ancrs.
