SRI LANKA 11905 on 29 Aug at 1529 UTC, SLBC, start of Hindi program to
India. Many IDs in English (!) by male and female announcers as: "This is
Radio Ceylon calling to India." Male announcer gave local FM rundown and
seemed to get a little lost as to where the tx'ers were located. Program
went into Local music and Hindi. Powerhouse signals with very little
interference way underneath and slight fading. Four years and I am *still*
trying to get a QSL out of these guys. It's just complete non-response.
