5930 R Rossii, Monchegorsk, at 0504 UT on March 31, Russ "Novosti Sport".
Transmitter still on the air April 1 at 0450 check but switched off after
pips 0500 confirming Mikhail Timofeyev's report. However, much to my
surprise Archangelsk 6160 continued and was noted with definite Rossii ID
at 0700 as usual.

13655 Radio Rossii via Taldom, Moscow, new schedule adopted. On new
summer A-10 season I noticed Radio Rossii Moscow outlet, nominal
registered on 13665 kHz at 0830-1300 UT on 13655 kHz instead - 10 kHz
down. Bad choice. Suffers heavily by adjacent powerhouse CRI Albania in
English on 13650 kHz at 1100-1300 UT, and Radio Kuwait in the morning too?

Radio Rossii in Russian to WeEu noted today March 28 from 0825 until
probably 1300 on new unregistered 13655, instead of 13665 in A-09. Yes,
just began Radio Rossii in Russian at 1723 on 7220 kHz.
Checked today in every hour Radio Rossii in Russian and heard:
0400-0800 12070 0823-1300 13655 ! 1322-1700 9470
1722-2100 7220 kHz.
Parts of this schedule were observed on March 28 & 29 too, so it is right
bc times & freqs.
Observing some of the bc times today I found some different data for radio
Rossii in Russian prgr to Europe as follows:
s/on at 0823 on 13655 kHz;
next s/on at 1322 on 9470 and
s/on at 1722 on 7220 kHz [noted at 2045 UT with S=9+30dB March 31, wb]
Also noted 0500-0700 // on 9535 kHz, instead of Abkhaz radio. Presumed
Abkhaz radio with own prgr is now Mon-Sat 0400-0500 (Sun-0430) and 0700-
0810 on 9535 kHz only on SW, but // MW 1350 kHz.

Dear Wolfgang, the frequency of 13655 kHz was right as in our adopted
schedule.

Hello Wolfgang, thank you very much for your message - I have asked our
higher leadership about frequency 13655 kHz and they have found their
mismatch - there must be 13665 kHz as usually in earlier schedules.
Tomorrow our TX with program of "Radio Rossii" will be on 13665 kHz.
