New 17715 kHz little co-channel QRM by weak YFR Al Dhabbaya UAE in Telugu
til 1357 UT.
From 13.59 UT July 24 quick change from 17715 to 15240 kHz, also service
to Ce&SoAF, S=9+10dB at 1359 UT, much stronger than 17715/17735 which were
on air til 1358 UT. // 15235 kHz a little weaker at S=8 level to EaAF at
130degrees.
LJBC Voice of Africa in English, ID and schedule announced at 1402 UT, but
STILL announced old spring time frequencies previously used til mid July.
Time pips, IDs and news mostly not on the hour, but xx.02 minutes later.

MADAGASCAR 11500 Radio Dabanga via Madagascar relay. July 09 at
*1529-1535 UT. 35333 Arabic, 1529 UT sign on with SJ, 1530 UT IS and
SJ, Opening announce, Talk. 1530-1727 UT.

MALAYSIA 6174.435 UNID Station. Bis 1600 UT (danach Sendeschluss)
konnte ich eine Station auf 6174.435 kHz mit Musik / Gesaengen aus
eventuell HoA o.ae. aufnehmen. Die Signalstaerke war nicht ueberragend,
in den Spitzen war das Signal aber gelegentlich gut zu verstehen.

6174.43 1357- UT, RTM Suara Islam July 1. Tentative on this one. A very
weak station audible under 6175 kHz using LSB mode. Koranic type chants
noted at 1401 UT. No obvious ID at the TOH. Will need someone closer to
confirm they're off frequency.

5964.91v Klasik Nasional via RTM, 1308, July 11. In vernacular with the
news followed by PSA; many ads for a "Super Store"; "Radio Malaysia Klasik
Nasional" IDs. Another day of exceptional receptions from Malaysia and
also Sarawak! Klasik Nasional does very well up till 1400 UT, when covered
by a strong CRI sign on (5965.0 kHz).
July 12 clearly noted Kuala Lumpur news relay in vernacular from 1303 to
1310 UT; ALL // on 5030 (Sarawak FM), 5964.91v (Klasik Nasional) and
7270 (Wai FM) kHz. After 1310 UT not //.

MALAYSIA [Sarawak] 7270.0 Wai FM via RTM. Randomly from 1213 to 1350
UT, July 9. PBS Nei Menggu continues to be off the air! In vernacular; pop
songs; segment of indigenous chanting/singing; news; no Limbang FM relay
today, instead from 1317 to 1350 UT a report from "studio Wai FM" about
World Cup football; series of singing "Wai FM" jingles; mostly fair. AIR
IS via Chennai again heard at 1258 UT.

7270.01 RTVM 1254-1330 Jul 23. Phone call (dedication?), followed by Eric
Clapton song; two pips to ToH, then presumed news; long talk segment
followed past BoH; sounded like Bahasa Malaysia but can't be sure.
