RHC was heard on it's new 6050 kHz frequency in Spanish // near adjacent
6060 kHz. At 0828 UT I heard what I think was the Ecuadorian anthem co-ch
with Cuba, and HCJB opened in Spanish at 0830 UT. Both were about equal
strength at my location. That's very bad frequency coordination by Cuba,
even though it is beaming towards Chicago. There must be a choice of
better frequencies that are available in NoAM between 0700 and 1100 UT.
