English and in Russian (Zdravstvuite daragie slushateli, v ephire Golas
Tajikistana Hallo Dear Listeners, on the air is Voice [of] Tajikistan),
next song and talk in presumed Tajik language on June 23 - with fair
signal, but on June 24 and 25 low level signal. No other stations on
7245 kHz at these times.

now, July 1 at 0900 UTC on 11620 kHz. Up to 09 UT I heard Ukrainian.

S=9+30dB strength, TX s-off at 09.59:53 UT. Replaced Kharkov Taranovka
site by Mykolaiv Luch Posad-pokrovskote site, 118 kilometers east of
Odessa. 250 kW at 312 degrees.
QRM co-channel at 0900-1000 UT by CRI Xian 500 kW beast in English.
6145 RUI Kharkov? {maybe Mykolaiv Luch site too?} and 7440 Lviv Krasne in
English at 2200 UT to Europe, powerful signal. But sign-on 7440 kHz RUI IS
before 2158 UT, starts Lviv Krasne at 2200 til 0400 UT, 500 kW towards
NoAM. Latter suffers by heavy adjacent signal of RRI Bucharest English
service on 7435 kHz at 2200 UT.

So please confirm whether it's really RUI in English again at 0000-0100 on
7440 kHz instead of VOR. Reception here too poor to tell at 0015 UT July 2
