not be reporting on a stn from Spain unless perhaps something odd, unusual
was going on - extremely weak modulation on a vy. strg. carrier. That was
more than enough to observe that Guinea's R. Rurale, Labe, is not heard,
or if it is still active, then power must be very low.

SRI LANKA Spurious emissions of SLBC transmitter on 11905 kHz noted on
11853 & 11957.5 kHz since last fortnight. Cross talk of SLBC Hindi &
English noted on both the spurious channels. Thanks to Jose Jacob for
tracking down the 2nd spurious channel.

TAIWAN New program of the Taoism via RTI on 7460 kHz. New program of the
Taoism was started on May 1 at 1100-1157 UT on 7460 kHz via RTI for North
China and Manchurian, and 1200-1300 UT on 1098 kHz for Central China and
South China. I cannot hear the station name. The reception condition on
7460 kHz was good. Opening announcement by female, Programs are all
lectures in Chinese by male.
