outlet of La Voz de Russia, Moscow, showed three signal peaks on Perseus
browser. Dec 30 at 0515 UT, powerful S=9+35dB. Report about Russia's bank
system, "Banco de Oro" and WikiLead report. // at same time Spanish
service til 0600 UT for comparision, 6065.00 via St.Petersburg S=9+5dB,
7280.00 via Krasnodar Armavir S=9+10dB signal.

6065 Came across of Kremlin chimes already at 0158 UT, before start of
Golos Rossii ID at 0200 UT from St.Petersburg site, S=9+30dB, // 7430 via
Gavar-ARM at 0225 UT on S=9+10dB level.
7210.725 centered frequency of three ODD PEAKS, seen on La Voz de
Russia's Spanish sce, tonight at 0220 UT. Peaks at 7210.641, 7210.725 and

RUSSIA Gunaz Radio on 7510 kHz. GunAz Radio starts today Dec 29
at 1430 UT.
UNID site [Armavir/Samara-Russia? wb.] 7510 Starting Dec 29, 2010, a
new radio station will start broadcasting on shortwave. It concerns Gunaz
Radio, a new service from Gunaz TV. Gunaz Radio will broadcast daily from

Those who lament how bad shortwave DXers are should look at the behaviour
of satellite DXers. Try googling this station, and you get swamped by
plain mentions of modulation bein applied, with nobody caring a second for
what this modulation actually is.
First: "Southern".
They refused rumours of being USG sponsored, but here an Iranian Azeri
wonders how this station may be financed (like all the Persian-language TV
stations "run by Iranian exiles" yeah, sure):
