Kuwait Arabic appearance on 7150 kHz mornings and 7190 kHz at late<br />

afternoon/night, using non-dir HQ quadrant antenna #935 with 0.3 lambda<br />

above ground level.<br />

Did not sound like their normal FM programming they usually run after the<br />

news; not // 6130 kHz. A one day event?<br />
