RASD - Polisario Front Radio this morning Oct 12. They were back on 6297
kHz this morning. Maybe they're only using 6250 kHz evenings because of
the QRM from the (NATO?) uty. stn on 6297 kHz, but I don't think they'll
keep this daily changes; most probably, they end up choosing 6250 kHz or
some other fq.

RASD Tindouf Rabouni tonight Oct 12 on 6297.13 kHz at 1815 UT, accompanied
digital STANAG maritime noise still on 6295.1 to 6299.3 kHz approx.

Others keep reporting SASASAM on alternate frequency 6248+, but I keep
missing it. Oct 11 at 2313 I do detect a poor signal talking on 6248.24
kHz approximately, using the 40-Hz steps with BFO on the DX-398, but
margin of error could put it .1 kHz higher as colleagues have measured
more accurately. And nothing on 6297.1 kHz. Next check at 0015 Oct 12,
still poor and can't tell if it is Arabic, or as usually reported in final
semihour, Spanish.
