discovered the day before; but April 21 I tuned in at 1757 UT to hear
music already, and 1800 UT accurate timesignal, R. Kuwait ID and opening
English, some music, 1801 UT program summary, 1802 another show about
Islam; the Kuwaitis do their duty. Fairly good signal; still fair at 2048
UT during more pop music.

MAURITANIA 7245.024 ORTM, 0916, Arabic, nice local music, with brief
comments by man. The transmitter actually came on just after 0800, with
open carrier only, on about 7245.2 kHz, but finally settled just above
nominal. Don't know at what time they started feeding audio, as I quickly
tuned out and only rechecked after 0900 UT, 10 April.

15540 Tnx to tip from Ivo Ivanov-BUL, Radio Xoriyo Ogadenia heard on new
frequency at new time, April 19 at 1435 UT poor-fair in presumed Somali
talk, 1441 UT a bit of HOA music, soon back to talk, and fading down some.
Frequency is in the clear. This is 300 kW, 160 degrees from [Grigoriopol
Maiac] PRIDNESTROVYE, Mondays and Fridays only since April 16 at 1430-1500
UT, replacing M & F 1815-1845 UT on 7425 kHz via Armenia, which of course
had no chance of reaching deep NoAM, and apparently did not work that well
to Ogaden either.

Correction: 12130 WYFR Bible Hour via Grigoriopol Moldova relay, like
Arabic[see below] lang sce 1500-1600 UT, deep fades. S=6 poor signal.
