Thanks Fernando for your help. I already suspected it was Radio Clube, but
I didn't manage to hear any ID. Anyway signal is much weaker than usual.
The dominant station on this channel here is RAI now and in the past Radio
Clube was clearly dominant. Perhaps they are testing with a lower power...

PORTUGAL 1035 Star FM, Belmonte (Benavente) ... a new station? No, just
another MCR [stn owner] fantasy on the air; this happens to be the new ID
of a new (...) stn that, following a mid Juli'10 announcement by MCR,
would "soon" replace the former Radio Club Portugues. I first heard them
using this ID this monday, the 22nd. As far as I can hear, the format was
kept pretty much the same, i.e. an oldies stn, but they reported to me a
week ago, that more talks were planned for the slightly new format under
this new name. Now, why bother to change, and why on earth a silly foreign
name?
Stn names using the format "radio club X" are already silly enough as they
may suggest there is actually a club of some sort behind it!

transmissions in the winter schedule deleted?:
Hindi at 1300-1400 and 1500-1600, Urdu at 1400-1500 and English at
1600-1700 - 11630 kHz to Asia.
Arabic at 1700-2000 7400 kHz to Africa and the countries in Near and
Middle East.
Spanish at 2100-2200 and Portuguese at 2200-2300 5920 kHz to Europe.
Portuguese at 0000-0100 and Spanish at 0100-0600 6135 kHz to South
America.
English at 0800-1100, Russian at 0600-0800 and 1100-1200 17650 kHz to
Australia and South East Asia.
Russian at 1200-1600 12025 kHz, 1700-2200 12035 kHz to Central Asia.

network can be heard on MW Moscow - 738 kHz. Licence capacity - 5 kW. The
diagramme orientation of the aerial is circular. The transmitter is
located in Kurkino.

Russia.
