Major change is 6050 kHz at 0100-0700 UT, ex-5970 kHz. That will be bad<br />

news for HCJB on its only remaining Ecuadorian SW frequency, on the air<br />

until 0500 UT. RHC can certainly overri<strong>de</strong> it in CeNoAM, but will also<br />

cause severe interference around Ecuador. What was Arnie thinking?<br />
