Major change is 6050 kHz at 0100-0700 UT, ex-5970 kHz. That will be bad
news for HCJB on its only remaining Ecuadorian SW frequency, on the air
until 0500 UT. RHC can certainly override it in CeNoAM, but will also
cause severe interference around Ecuador. What was Arnie thinking?
