TAIWAN I'm wondering if anyone has picked up the Chinese number station
on 11430 kHz from 0600 UT to about 0630 UTC ?

I know it's been reported this station is coming from the ROC but
something makes me wonder if it really is. The accent is not a Taiwan
accent, but rather a PRC accent. I listened again today and the accent is
very Northern Chinese. The only thing I can think is that the numbers
being called out was recorded by someone who was originally from the PRC
who is now living in the ROC. Or that they wanted it to sound as if it was
from the PRC, which would not surprise me.

According to ABI, 11430 kHz are QSY from 13750 kHz on Star-Star
Broadcasting Station (Xing Xing Guang bo dian tai)-4th Radio (not New
Star).
