tone, at 0023 - signal joins, at 0025 is passed to "Vanda Maataram".

954 - India radio. In the morning the announcement begins at 0025.

mornings on Urdu, judging on databases. 15.11.10.
999 - China, National radio Sintszjana on Chinese. 31.10.10.
1026 - Russia, "the Voice of Russia". Strikes root very well in the
mornings and to evenings. 15.11.10.
1035 - China Struck root on a regular basis in an interval between 1600
and 0020, mixed up with "Family Radio" from Tartu. It was not possible to
establish, whether was having rummaged in an announcement. 04.11.10.
1035 - Estonia, "Family Radio" from Tartu. Struck root on a regular basis
in interval 1700-0020 with a barrier from ???. At 1700 have sounded signal
.... radio, at 1900 - the announcement "In Estonia - 21 hour", and the
schedule of transfers, at 0000 - "News of Voronezh".

DW English heard tonight on 7280, 9545, 11865, 13780 and New 12070 - so it
seems 12070 kHz is in addition to but has not replaced 11865 kHz ?
I see that all 5 freqs are listed in HFCC.

men with discussion talking about security forces. Program ended at 2020
UT followed by filler instrumental music. ID at 2028 UT "RTE Radio One
part of the World Radio Network", followed by a woman with news until
carrier was terminated. Poor to fair.
