one test broadcast before we left at the end of April but they still<br />

CHINA/CYPRUS/THAILAND/U.K. 17695 CNR jamming against BBC Uzbek at 1300<br />

UT. BBC Uzbek service loud and clear via Rampisham-UK 500 kW beast, 1308<br />

UT July 1st, S=9+40dB.<br />

But in contrast via // 17515 Zyyi-CYP relay and 15330 Nakhon Sawan-THA,<br />

which both totally covered by CNR Chinese jamming.<br />

17515 S=7-8 fair level at 1305 UT, But very bad mixture on 15330 kHz of<br />

three CNR Chinese, Chinese BUZZ jammer tone, and BBC Uzbek also, <strong>de</strong>ep<br />

fa<strong>de</strong>s and fluttery of S=9 ... S=9+10dB strength. Lousy condition on 41,<br />

31, 25 mb today.<br />

COSTA RICA 5954.143 I haven't bothered checking in about a week with<br />

the Cuba jammer present last check but ELCOR Radio Republica is in the<br />

clear right now, on June 26 at 0020+ UT, 5954.16 kHz. Odd that it is not<br />

jammed.<br />

UT, July 1. English section on tourism items, ID "The Voice of Croatia",<br />

S=7-8 poor signal, Temperatures forecast 20 to 25 at night, 28 to 33<br />

centigra<strong>de</strong> at dayt<strong>im</strong>e. Thun<strong>de</strong>rstorms in Sla<strong>von</strong>ia. Scheduled 1400-2030 UT.<br />

Recently 50 Hertz odd, but today at least 250 Hertz on lower si<strong>de</strong>.<br />

Move to 3985.03 kHz at 2205 UT, <strong>de</strong>ep fa<strong>de</strong>s, S=8 up to S=9+10dB. At 0435 UT<br />

on 3895.05 kHz.<br />

FRANCE 15410 QSL Radio Y'Abaganda<br />

Hi all, I received yesterday a full <strong>de</strong>tailed e-confirmation from the<br />

clan<strong>de</strong>stine Radiyo Y'Abaganda (Baganda Radio), 15410, via Issoudun-France,<br />

in 3 weeks after a couple of f/ups. My original report was sent to<br />

but answer came from<br />

The text of the e-mail is:<br />

"Dear Mr Artur Fernan<strong>de</strong>z Llorella,<br />

Thanks for your letter.Your reception report is correct. So, we can<br />

confirm that on 29 May 2010, at 1700 UT and on 15410 KHz, you listened to<br />

Radiyo Y'Abaganda, via Issoudun, France.<br />

Sorry for the <strong>de</strong>layed response, but things tend to get super hectic over<br />

here. The Radio is called Baganda Radio, you can get more information<br />

about who we are from our website<br />
