Feldstaerke in Deutschland: 30 dBµV/m
Gemaess RR ist der Frequenzbereich 7100-7200 kHz in GUI primaer dem
Amateurfunkdienst zugewiesen.

INDIA 4880 AIR Lucknow hrd Feb 8 via long path from 0119 UT tune w/ man
ann, woman ann and then what sounded like an interview or discussion
between two men 0125 to 0135 UT. This was followed by vocal/inst Indian mx
w/ man ann at 0136.5. Steady S2 w/ no QRM but moderate lvl of local noise.
Fading slowly after 0130 UT consistent with local sunrise in Lucknow.

IRAN/GERMANY Deutsche Welle: Satellite Broadcasts Blocked Once Again.
As of Wed, Febr 10, the broadcast of Deutsche Welle's television program
has been jammed once again. According to the information received by
Germany's international broadcaster, the satellite interference - like
that in December 2009 - is most likely coming from Iran.
