5. Litteratursøk<br />

I hovedsak er det benyttet de systematiske kunnskapsoppsummeringene som det er redegjort <strong>for</strong> i<br />

kapittel 4. I tillegg er det gjort litteratursøk <strong>for</strong> perioden 1. januar 2000 til 1. desember 2010 med<br />
