Oppdatering av kostr<strong>å</strong>dene<br />

Ernærings<strong>for</strong>skning er et av de mest aktive internasjonale medisinske <strong>for</strong>skningsomr<strong>å</strong>dene. Nasjonale<br />

kostr<strong>å</strong>d bør der<strong>for</strong> reflektere den til enhver tid etablerte status innen ernærings<strong>for</strong>skningen. ”<strong>Kostr<strong>å</strong>d</strong><br />

<strong>for</strong> <strong>å</strong> <strong>fremme</strong> folkehelse <strong>og</strong> <strong>for</strong>ebygge <strong>kroniske</strong> sykdommer” reflekterer dagens <strong>for</strong>skningsmessige<br />

status. <strong>Kostr<strong>å</strong>d</strong>ene bør oppdateres med jevne mellomrom n<strong>å</strong>r ny vitenskapelig dokumentasjon krever<br />

dette.<br />
