<strong>Kostr<strong>å</strong>d</strong> <strong>for</strong> <strong>å</strong> <strong>fremme</strong> <strong>folkehelsen</strong> <strong>og</strong> <strong>for</strong>ebygge <strong>kroniske</strong> sykdommer<br />

stor<strong>for</strong>brukeren i dag lavere enn ADI. Hvis all sukret drikke erstattes med kunstig søtet drikke, vil<br />

totalt inntak av benzosyre fra drikke <strong>og</strong> mat være lavere enn ADI <strong>for</strong> den voksne gjennomsnitts<strong>for</strong>brukeren<br />

<strong>og</strong> <strong>for</strong> stor<strong>for</strong>brukeren (39).<br />

Valg av type drikke<br />

WCRF (4) anbefaler at man unng<strong>å</strong>r sukkerholdig drikke <strong>og</strong> begrenser inntaket av fruktjuice <strong>for</strong> <strong>å</strong><br />

<strong>for</strong>ebygge vektøkning <strong>og</strong> overvekt, <strong>og</strong> at man unng<strong>å</strong>r inntak av alkoholholdige drikker <strong>for</strong> <strong>å</strong> redusere<br />

risiko <strong>for</strong> kreftsykdommer. Det danske kostr<strong>å</strong>det om drikke tar utgangspunkt i væskebehov <strong>og</strong> gir<br />

følgende r<strong>å</strong>d: ”Sluk tørsten med vann. Drikk ca. 1-1,5 liter væske om dagen <strong>og</strong> drikk vand, n<strong>å</strong>r du<br />

er tørstig.”<br />

I hovedsak er det benyttet de systematiske kunnskapsoppsummeringene som det er redegjort <strong>for</strong> i<br />

kapittel 4. I tillegg er det gjort litteratursøk <strong>for</strong> perioden 1. januar 2000 til 1. desember 2010 med<br />
