64. But <strong>the</strong>y shall not know it, and thou shalt not declare it to<br />

<strong>the</strong>m, nor admonish <strong>the</strong>m, but only record against each individual<br />

all <strong>the</strong> destruction which <strong>the</strong> shepherds effect each in his time<br />

and lay it all before me." 65. And I saw till those shepherds<br />

pastured in <strong>the</strong>ir season, and <strong>the</strong>y began to slay and to destroy<br />

more than <strong>the</strong>y were bidden, and <strong>the</strong>y delivered those sheep into<br />

<strong>the</strong> hand <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> lions. 66. And <strong>the</strong> lions and tigers eat and<br />

devoured <strong>the</strong> greater part <strong>of</strong> those sheep, and <strong>the</strong> wild boars eat<br />

along with <strong>the</strong>m ; and <strong>the</strong>y burnt that tower and demolished<br />

that house. 67. And I became exceedingly sorrowful over<br />

that tower because that house <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> sheep was demolished, and<br />

afterwards I was unable to see if those sheep entered that house.<br />
