CLIR Service
CLIR (Calling Line Identification Restriction), an
ISDN service, removes the calling party ID sent
from the ISDN to the called party with a RESTRICT
instruction in the SETUP message. If enabled, the
system will send the RESTRICT instruction to the
CO when an outgoing ISDN call is placed.
