4. Test the connection by disconnecting all other networks and by browsing the Internet.
Should the login window above not appear and the connection attempt fail, configure the wireless
connection manually:
1. Click the connection once to mark it, and then click the ‘Change advanced settings’ link in
the ‘Related Tasks’ box on the left part of the window (see Figure 6.54). The ‘Wireless
Network Connection Properties’ window appears.

2. Select the ‘Wireless Networks’ tab (see Figure 6.58).
3. Click your connection to highlight it, and click the ‘Properties’ button. Your connection’s
properties window appears.
