Post-Lauream schools award<strong>in</strong>g diplomas which enable <strong>the</strong>ir holders to qualify as specialists <strong>in</strong> certa<strong>in</strong> professi<strong>on</strong>s. They are<br />

designed to<br />

provide laurea graduates with advanced technical educati<strong>on</strong> and<br />

competence <strong>in</strong> specific professi<strong>on</strong>al areas. Admissi<strong>on</strong> is subject to restricti<strong>on</strong>s. Simultaneous enrolment <strong>in</strong> two specialisati<strong>on</strong><br />

schools or <strong>in</strong> a specialisati<strong>on</strong> school and a corso di perfezi<strong>on</strong>amento or a doctoral course (dottorato di ricerca) is forbidden by<br />

<strong>the</strong> current university legislati<strong>on</strong>. Students enrolled <strong>in</strong> SS must sit annual exam<strong>in</strong>ati<strong>on</strong>s, and f<strong>in</strong>ally a degree exam<strong>in</strong>ati<strong>on</strong> as<br />

<strong>in</strong>dispensable c<strong>on</strong>diti<strong>on</strong>s for <strong>the</strong> achievment of <strong>the</strong> diploma di specialista.
