Sample Choose<br />

The cases of the TV companies, mainly there was the introduction of Korean<br />

dramas, and broadcast it in their channels with certain proportion when drama time, or<br />

the companies which broadcast Korean drama at the major prime-time. we explore the<br />

transaction mode of Korean drama copyright contract signing and take what kind of<br />

governance to handle the transaction costs base on these samples.<br />

Document Analysis<br />

The literatures are the particular information sources in this research, we explore<br />

the contents of past research, as well as some research findings to support the<br />

hypothesis of this research question.<br />

In this research, the major following data are based on document analysis.<br />

a. Data base<br />

To understand the domestic TV industry shows the proportion of home-made and<br />

purchased, through secondary data of the Taiwan movie database and the data of<br />

Taiwan TV broadcast.<br />

b. Official information<br />

To provide accurate and objective data and historical data.<br />

c. newspapers and magazines, periodicals<br />

To provide national film and television industry in different periods of development,<br />

these data will help us to understand the development of national TV programs and<br />

trends.<br />

Literature<br />

We explore the transaction cost theory according to the theories from the<br />

literature as the basis to compare with the actual industrial situation, and finding the<br />

content we need based on historical research, or its findings, to support the hypothesis<br />

of this research question.<br />

RESULTS<br />

Purchasing strategic<br />

The GIO (Government Information Office) has included cable TV to manage<br />

since 1993,due to the popularity of Taiwan's TV industry. Supplying TV programs<br />

has became an important issue in a large amount channels competition environment,<br />
