The Asian Media & Mass Communication Conference 2010 Osaka, Japan<br />

journalism. It could be conclude that there were many problems in the field of TV<br />

journalism in Indonesia, especially for this research case.<br />

If professional media hired unqualified journalist, it would injure journalism as a<br />

whole. It was a counterproductive effort to develop democratic life. It was a big sin that<br />

had been done by television if this condition was running continuously without any<br />

solutions by increasing contributors’ capacity. Moreover, it was worst if TV stations let<br />

the contributors stayed in bad situations, while they reaped financial benefits<br />

continuously by selling news programs.<br />
