Impaired cerebral vasoreactivity could be one of the predictors for hyperperfusion after carotid interventions for patients with internal carotid artery (ICA)<br />

stenosis. This study aimed to evaluate the differences of hemodynamic responses among blood-supply territories, induced by vasodilatation following a<br />

breath-holding task, in patients with unilateral ICA stenosis using BOLD MRI. The temporal correlation between bilateral vasomotor responses in the MCA<br />
