11.5.<strong>12</strong>9 At present, there are 107 regular Government Homoeopathic Dispensaries<br />

functioning in the <strong>State</strong>. During the year 2009-10, a provision of Rs. 24.00 lac was made<br />

under the 100% CSS scheme for the supply of essential drugs of ISM and H to 96 regular<br />

Government Homoeopathic Dispensaries @ Rs. 25,000/- per dispensary. Out of total 107<br />

Government Homoeopathic Dispensaries, 11 dispensaries covered under other schemes.<br />

11.5.130 From the year 2009-10, the GoI has changed the funding pattern from 100%<br />

Centrally Sponsored Scheme to 85:15(CS:SS) ratio. The Scheme was reflected in revised<br />

estimates 2009-10 with an outlay of Rs. 3.60 lac as 15% state share. An outlay of Rs. 3.60<br />

lac as 15% state share had been provided for the year 2010-11. An outlay of Rs. 3.60 lac is<br />

provided for the Annual Plan <strong>2011</strong>-<strong>12</strong> for supply of essential drugs of ISM and H to 96<br />

regular Government Homoeopathic Dispensaries @ Rs. 25,000/- per dispensary.<br />

New Schemes<br />

HM-3 Co-location in CHCs(OPD Clinic)(85:15)<br />

Outlay-Rs. 315.67 lac<br />

11.5.131 115 Homoeopathic dispensaries have been sanctioned in CHCs under the<br />

NRHM scheme, out of which 107 dispensaries are functional so far and action has been<br />

initiated to make the remaining dispensaries functional. During the <strong>2011</strong>-<strong>12</strong>, an amount of<br />

Rs. 2104.50 lac will be incurred on repair/renovation of buildings, furniture, equipment,<br />

medicines and contingency funds on 115 Homoeopathic dispensaries @ Rs. 18.30 lac each<br />

dispensary functioning under NRHM scheme. An outlay of Rs. 315.67 lac is provided as<br />

15% state share for the Annual Plan <strong>2011</strong>-<strong>12</strong>.<br />

HM-4 Supporting facilities for Programme Management Unit<br />

(Homoeopathy)(50:50)<br />

Outlay-Rs. 6.00 lac<br />

11.5.132 During the year <strong>2011</strong>-<strong>12</strong>, there is a proposal to establish “Programme<br />

Management Unit” in the Directorate of Homoeopathy under the centrally sponsored scheme.<br />

For this purpose, 50% share of salary component would be borne by the GoI and remaining<br />

50% share would be borne by the state government. An outlay of Rs. 6.00 lac is provided<br />

for the Annual Plan <strong>2011</strong>-<strong>12</strong> for salary and machinery & equipment.
