13.56 An outlay of Rs. 1094.00 lac has been approved for the Annual Plan 2010-11,<br />

against which anticipated expenditure is Rs. 773.26 lac. An outlay of Rs. 1616.26 lac is<br />

provided for the Annual Plan <strong>2011</strong>-<strong>12</strong>, of which Rs. 1464.16 lac stands earmarked for<br />

construction works, machinery & equipment and Rs. 152.10 lac for salary of newly created<br />

staff on contractual basis.<br />

Outlay-Rs. 6.00 lac<br />

13.57 GoI, Department of AYUSH initiated a scheme for proper implementation of<br />

Centrally Sponsored Schemes in the <strong>State</strong>. For this purpose, GoI released Rs. 6.00 lac as<br />

50% central share for the salary of PMU staff (Programme Manager, Finance Manager,<br />

Account Manager, Data Assistant) during 2010-11. The scheme has been incorporated in the<br />

revised annual plan 2010-11 with an outlay of Rs. 3.65 lac for salary for 5 months(i.e.Nov.,<br />

2010 to March, <strong>2011</strong>). An outlay of Rs. 6.00 lac is provided for salary as 50% state share for<br />

the Annual <strong>2011</strong>-<strong>12</strong>.<br />

13.58 During the year <strong>2011</strong>-<strong>12</strong>, there is a proposal to establish Programme<br />

Management Unit in the Directorate of Homoeopathy under the Centrally Sponsored<br />

Scheme. For this purpose, 50% share of salary component would be borne by the GoI and<br />

remaining 50% share would be borne by the <strong>State</strong> Government. An outlay of Rs. 6.00 lac is<br />

provided for the Annual Plan <strong>2011</strong>-<strong>12</strong> for salary and machinery & equipment.<br />
