<strong>12</strong>.9 REVENUE & REHABILITATION<br />

Outlay - Rs.901.00 lac<br />

<strong>12</strong>.9.1 Under this sub-head, funds are provided for setting up of Divisional<br />

Offices/District/Tehsil Complexes, modernization/computerization of land records,<br />

construction of bar rooms, advocate chambers and bar libraries and disaster management.<br />

An outlay of Rs. 5500.00 lac is provided for the 11 th Five Year Plan. An expenditure of Rs.<br />

303.20 lac and Rs. 234.00 lac was incurred during 2007-08 and 2008-09 respectively. An<br />

amount of Rs. 249.00 lac was incurred during 2009-10. An amount of Rs. 550.00 lac was<br />

incurred during 2010-11. An outlay of Rs. 901.00 lac is provided in the Annual Plan<br />

<strong>2011</strong>-<strong>12</strong>.<br />

Centrally Sponsored Scheme<br />

RR-1 Strengthening of Revenue Administration and updating of land records<br />

(50:50) and CS-2 ‘Computerization of Land Records/Cadastral Survey<br />

Maps’ (100% CSS).<br />

<strong>12</strong>.9.2 These schemes have been merged into new centrally sponsored scheme i.e.<br />

‘National Land Records Modernization Programme’ (NLRMP) by Government of India vide<br />

its letter No. 18014/<strong>12</strong>/2008-LRD dated 14/24 November,2008.<br />

<strong>State</strong> Funded Scheme<br />

RR-2 Divisional Offices/District/Tehsil Complexes<br />

Outlay - Rs.500.00 lac<br />

<strong>12</strong>.9.3 At present, there are 4 division, 20 districts, 77 Sub Divisional/Tehsil and 79<br />

Sub Tehsils in the <strong>State</strong>. For the convenience of the public, it has been decided to construct<br />

Administrative Complexes at these places. Priority would be given to complete the ongoing<br />

works first. The status of the work is as under:-<br />

Construction of District Administrative Complex at Ferozepur, Sub<br />

Divisional/Tehsil Complexes at Moonak, Jaiton, Mukerian, Nangal, Kharar, Dharkalan,<br />

Sultanpur Lodhi and Patran.
