Chapitre 6<strong>Vertex</strong> <strong>Topologique</strong> RaffinéGrâce au vertex topologique C µνλ (q), nous avons pu calculé explicitem<strong>en</strong>t les amplitudesde la corde topologique de type A sur les variétés de CY3 torique. Dans cette partie,nous continuons l’étude <strong>en</strong>treprise dans le chapitre précéd<strong>en</strong>t <strong>en</strong> insérant les résultats baséssur le vertex topologique usuel dans un cadre plus général. Il s’agit de généraliser le formalismeprécéd<strong>en</strong>t dans le but d’obt<strong>en</strong>ir des invariants topologiques au delà des invariantsGromov-Witt<strong>en</strong> et Donaldson-Thomas [174].Dans ce chapitre, nous prés<strong>en</strong>tons le formalisme <strong>du</strong> vertex topologique raffiné dont le 3-vertex topologique raffiné C λµν (t, q) dép<strong>en</strong>d de deux paramètres q = e −iɛ 1, et t = e iɛ 2. Ceformalisme qui a été intro<strong>du</strong>it dans [177, 178, 179, 180] et qui a pour origine les travaux deIqbal et al [151, 159], a une intérprétation <strong>en</strong> terme de l’instanton de Nekrasov [55, 56, 177].Signalons égalem<strong>en</strong>t qu’<strong>en</strong> utilisant le formalisme <strong>du</strong> vertex topologique raffiné, on obti<strong>en</strong>tla fonction de partition raffinée de la corde topologique sur les variétés de CY3 toriques.Dans la section 1, Nous intro<strong>du</strong>isons le vertex topologique raffiné. La section 2 est consacréeaux exemples des fonctions de partitions des variétés de Calabi-Yau toriques et nousexhibons dans la section 3 l’invariance de la fonction de partition raffinée des cordes topologiquessous la transition de flop. Dans la section 4, on développe le li<strong>en</strong> <strong>en</strong>tre le vertextopologique raffiné et les invariants topologiques.6.1 Formalisme <strong>du</strong> vertex raffinéNotre objectif consiste à trouver l’expression <strong>du</strong> vertex topologique raffiné qui provi<strong>en</strong>t<strong>du</strong> calcul microscopique de la solution de Seiberg-Witt<strong>en</strong> [57, 79].
