Modifying a Monitor Group
2. Click Monitor Groups to open the Monitor Groups page.
The Configure Monitor Groups page lists the monitor groups
that OneSight is currently set up to monitor. You can add,
modify, enable, disable, or remove monitor groups to configure
how OneSight will monitor the applications.
Use these options to identify and manage OneSight monitor
groups. The Monitor Group list includes all monitor groups that
are configured for Empirix OneSight.
Check Box – The check box adjacent to each monitor group
controls whether or not the monitor group is currently in effect.
When selected, the monitor group is enabled. When cleared, the
monitor group is disabled. Disabled monitor groups will not
participate in health monitoring, alerts, or execution of action
plans.
Name – The Name column identifies the monitor group. This
name will appear in all OneSight reports and display pages that
show the status of this monitor group.
Description – Provides information to help you differentiate this
monitor group from the others that you are monitoring.
