Configuring FTP Monitors
available when you open the Add Monitor window by selecting
Monitors from the Configure menu. It is not available when you
open the Add Monitor window from the Monitor Group Editor.
Access Control Tab – Contains the options for specifying which user
groups have read, write, and delete permissions for this monitor.
Down Time Tab – Contains the options for applying downtime to
this monitor.
Each monitor that you create must have a unique name. In the
Monitor Name box, OneSight creates a unique name for the current
monitor by combining the name of the monitor type with the name
of the FTP server to which the monitor applies. To change the
default assigned name, type a unique monitor name that helps you
to identify what this monitor does.
To create an FTP monitor:
1. On the Monitors Page, click Add to open the Add Monitor
dialog box.
