minutes in a good state, and every 20 minutes in the warning
and critical states. A single interval value applies to all three
states.
Advanced Sample Frequency Settings
Select the unit of time to use for the sampling interval; seconds,
minutes, hours or days. To sample at regular intervals, specify a
simple integer value in the Sample Every text field and select the
appropriate units. For example, to sample every 5 minutes, enter 5
and select minutes.
Good State, Warning State, Critical State – The advanced dialog has
three state options: Good State, Warning State, Critical State. Each
of the three states have their own frequency. If one of the state
specification is missing, then is uses the state frequency
specification for the prior state:
Warning State unchecked: use the Good State frequency for
Warning State
Warning State checked but Critical State unchecked: use the
Warning State frequency for Critical State
both Warning State and Critical State unchecked: use the Good
State frequency for Warning State and Critical State
No Specific Minute – Select hours as the unit. Sample every specific
hours(any minute) for this monitor. For example, to sample every 5
hours at any minute, enter 5 in the Sample Every text field, select
hours as the units and check No Specify Minute radio.
At Minute – Select hours as the unit. Sample every specific hours at
specific minute for this monitor. For example, to sample every 5
hours at quarter past the hours, enter 5 in the Sample Every text
field and select hours as the units, check At Minute radio and enter
15 in the text filed besides At Minute radio.
