Configuring OneSight Voice Watch Monitors
Trust Store File – Enter the client-side trust store path and file
name. This file should be in the datacollector directory.
Trust Store Password – Enter the trust store file password.
Key Store File – Enter the client-side key store path and file name.
This file should be in the datacollector directory.
Key Store Password – Enter the key store file password.
If you are using a .p12 key file, you will need to save it as a .jks file.
Do this by opening the file in the ikeyman utility (normally located
in the Program Files\IBM\WebSphere\AppServer\bin\ directory) and
saving it as a .jks file. Use this file name in the Trust Store File and
Key Store File fields.
Configuring OneSight Voice Watch Monitors
OneSight Voice Watch is Empirix’s hosted service that lets you
monitor your call center in real time, using objective performance
data gathered from points around the country. The service lets you
monitor your call center performance from outside of your firewall.
If you have a OneSight Voice Watch account, you can create a
OneSight Voice Watch monitor to provide external measurements
of your telephony-based voice transaction systems and then
correlate these measurements with the performance of internal

The OneSight Voice Watch Monitor retrieves data for the monitors
you have configured within your OneSight Voice Watch service
account.
In the Add Monitor dialog box, when you click OneSight Voice
Watch in the Monitor Types box, settings to configure a OneSight
Voice Watch monitor appear on these dialog box tabs:
