Editing VQ Probes
The following diagram shows the possible calling configurations.
Note that calls through an IVR can only be made using the Voice
Quality Advanced monitor.
The general tasks for setting up a VQ Probe are as follows:
Install the VQ Probe as described in “Chapter 2” of the VQ
Probe User’s Guide.
Configure the VQ Probe in OneSight as described in this chapter.
Set up the OneSight monitor as described in “Chapter 5” of this
manual.
VQ Probe Self Monitors
When OneSight starts up, it automatically checks to see if there are
any connected VQ Probes. If there are, OneSight creates selfmonitors
for them and places them in the VQ Probe Self Monitoring
