Configuring OneSight Voice Watch Profile Monitors
8. Select the monitor you want to use and click OK. The Script
Steps dialog box is displayed.
9. For each step, select the units you want OneSight to use to
evaluate the script and click OK.
10. To verify that the monitor will work as configured, click the
Test button. The Monitor Test window provides information
about the success or failure of the test and indicates what may
be causing any problem.
11. If the test succeeds, click OK in the Add Monitor dialog box to
save these basic OneSight Voice Watch Profile monitor
settings. You can now add this monitor to a monitor group.
