Creating SLOs
4. Click Add in the Service Level objectives section.
This dialog box has the following options:
Service Level Agreement – lists the SLAs to which you have
access.
Monitor Group – select the monitor group containing the
monitor that is required for this SLO.
Monitor – select the monitor or monitors. Monitors can be used
in more than one SLO.
Note: Some monitors can be configured only for availability.
These are monitors for which a location cannot be specified and
monitors that monitor availability instead of performance. For
example, SNMP Trap, Service, etc.
Location – select the location of the monitor. This field is
displayed only if more than one location is defined.
