Uninstalling OneSight
Note: If you are using a Firefox browser and you make a mistake
entering your user name or password causing the log in to fail,
restart the browser before trying again.
Uninstalling OneSight
To remove Empirix OneSight from a Windows server, you need to
do the following:
Uninstall OneSight using Add/Remove Programs
Uninstall the Data Collector
Remove the database
Delete the Empirix folder
To Uninstall OneSight using Add/Remove Programs
1. On the server where Empirix OneSight is installed, click Start,
point to Settings, then click Control Panel.
2. In the Control Panel, double-click Add/Remove Programs.
3. On the Install/Uninstall tab, highlight Empirix OneSight and
click Add/Remove.
4. Click Yes to confirm and follow the uninstall procedure.
If the Add/Remove Monitor Group dialog box is displayed,
click Remove All, then, in the confirmation dialog box that
follows, click Next.
5. Click Finish in the final dialog box.
6. Click Close to close the Add/Remove Programs dialog box.
