MIB Configuration
Host – Specify the name or IP address of the host.
Community – Specify the SNMP password of the system. The
default SNMP community string is public.
Port – Specify the port number used on this system by the
SNMP agent. Typically, this is port 161.
SNMP Version – Specify the SNMP version used on this
system.
Location – Select the location to use for sampling.
Object ID
Object ID – Displays the object ID for the selected object.
Clicking GO displays the object’s value in the Object Value
field.
Launch Metric Wizard – Starts the Metric Creation Wizard for
creating metrics.
Object Value – Displays the object’s value on the configured
host device when you click GO.
Syntax – Displays the syntax of the selected object as found in
the MIB file.
Access – Displays the type of access of the selected object as
found in the MIB file.
Description – Displays a description of the selected object as
found in the MIB file.
