Creating SLOs
Target – enter the percentage of time that the monitor must
meet the threshold, up to 99.999%.
Threshold – select the type of threshold and enter the amount.
In the above example, you would select less than and enter 5.
Send Metric Perf. Warning – lets you configure when the monitor
is considered to be in the warning state. If you set up a schedule
when you created the SLA, this configuration determines when
an email is sent.
Aggregation – select how to aggregate the results, daily,
weekly, or monthly.
Warming Level – enter the percentage at which the monitor is
considered to be in a warning state. This percentage must be
higher than the target percentage. When the SLO goes below
this percentage, a notification is sent.
If you have any compound SLOs they are listed at the bottom of
the dialog box.
8. Enter the SLOs.
9. Click Finish.
