Configure Monitor Attributes Tab
These Attribute Sets are added automatically by OneSight when
monitors are configured and are not editable in the Attributes
configuration.
Add – Opens a dialog box for defining a new Attribute Set name.
Modify – Opens a dialog box for changing the selected attribute set.
Remove– Deletes the currently selected Attribute Set from the list.
A dialog box appears asking to confirm the deletion. Removing an
Attribute Set also deletes the associated Attribute values. The
Attribute Set name is removed from the Group by list on the status
page. The attribute values are also removed from the monitor group,
monitor, system, and profile configurations.
Used by – Displays a list of monitor groups, monitors, profiles,
systems, and saved status groupings that are using this attribute set.
Attribute Value Name – Shows the list of Attribute Value names for
the currently selected Attribute Set. Attribute Values can be
assigned to monitor groups, monitors, systems, and profiles.
Add– Opens a dialog box for defining a new Attribute Value name.
Remove– Deletes the currently selected Attribute Value name from
the Attribute Set. A dialog box appears asking to confirm the
deletion. Removing an Attribute Value also deletes the value from
the monitor group, monitor, system, and profile configurations.
Used by – Displays a list of monitor groups, monitors, profiles, and
systems that are using this attribute value.
