Configuring OneSight Call Statistics Profile Monitors
2. The Monitor Types box lists all of the types of monitors that
can be applied to your monitor group. Click OneSight Call
Statistics. You will use settings on the General tab to configure
a OneSight Call Statistics Profile monitor.
Server Name – Type the name or IP address of the OneSight
Call Statistics server.
Server Port – Enter the port for the OneSight Call Statistics
server.
Sample Every: – Specifies how often samples are
taken for this monitor. Refer to, ―Sample Every Settings,‖ later
in this chapter for a description of these settings.
Sample Continuously – Select this option when you want data
sent whenever the agent has it.
