Troubleshooting
Viewing Administration Notifications
The OneSight Administration Notifications feature lets you view a
description of internal errors that have occurred. The
Administration Notifications icon appears in the top right-hand
corner of the Status, SLA Status, and Alerts tabs only if internal
errors have occurred. Click on the icon to display the OneSight
Administration Notifications dialog box.
This dialog box has the following options:
Date – Displays the date the error occurred.
Description – Displays a description of the error.
Resolution URL – Click on this link to either correct the problem or
view more information about the problem. For example, for critical
logs, the support log file dialog box would be displayed.
Remove – Removes the error from the list.
