18. To specify the extensions to monitor, enter the change intraswitch
cdr command.
19. Enter the extensions to monitor and click ENTER.
20. To check the status of the call detail record link, enter the
command status cdr.
Configuring the Monitor in OneSight
Once the Avaya Communication Manager is configured, you can
create the monitor in OneSight.
Note: Because the Data Collector must listen on specific ports for
incoming RTCP and Call Detail Records, the Avaya Communication
Manager monitor must use one specific, named location for data
collection. The location should not be used.
