Configuring OneSight Virtual Agent Monitors
To configure a state machine:
1. Click the Configure menu.
2. Click Monitors.
3. Select a Virtual Agent monitor or create a new one.
4. Click Browse next to either the Login Procedure or Command
Procedure field.
Add – Displays the Add Virtual Agent State Machine dialog
box for adding a new state machine.
Modify – Displays the Modify Virtual Agent State Machine
dialog box for changing the selected state machine.
Clone – Creates a copy of the selected state machine.
Remove – Removes the selected state machine.
Used by – Displays a list of monitors using this state machine.
Name – The Name column identifies the state machine.
User Group – displays the user group to which this state
machine belongs.
