Configuring OneSight Voice Watch Monitors General Tab – Contains the options that you can use to create a OneSight Voice Watch monitor for your call center. Proxy Tab – Contains the options that you can use to configure a Proxy Server to use with a OneSight Voice Watch monitor for your call center. Alerts Tab – Shows what action plan will be used when an alert occurs. Options on this tab allow you to set up or modify an action plan that responds to alerts generated by the current OneSight Voice Watch monitor. You can also configure how an alert will affect the monitor group’s health. It can result in a Warning state, a Critical state, or can have no impact on health. Locations Tab – Specifies the Data Collector Location from which the monitor checks performance. SmartLinks Tab – Contains the options for specifying a link to associate with a particular monitor or metric. Attributes Tab – Contains the options for specifying which attributes are applied to this monitor for Status page sorting. Down Time Tab – Contains the options for applying downtime to this monitor. Monitor Groups Tab – Contains the options that you can use to specify which monitor groups the monitor is used with. This tab is available when you open the Add Monitor window by selecting Monitors from the Configure menu. It is not available when you open the Add Monitor window from the Monitor Group Editor. Access Control Tab – Contains the options for specifying which user groups have read, write, and delete permissions for this monitor. Each monitor that you create must have a unique name. In the Monitor Name box, OneSight creates a unique name for the current monitor by combining the name of the monitor type with the name 226 OneSight Administrator Guide
Configuring OneSight Voice Watch Monitors of the host to which the monitor applies. To change the default assigned name, type a unique monitor name that helps you to identify what this monitor does. To create a OneSight Voice Watch monitor: 1. On the Monitors Page, click Add to open the Add Monitor dialog box. 2. The Monitor Types box lists all of the types of monitors that can be applied to your monitor group. Click OneSight Voice Watch to add a monitor that checks the availability and responsiveness of a selected monitor from the OneSight Voice Watch service.
